Our 20-acre site in Ellesmere, is surrounded by stunning meadow land, canals, marinas and meres and has the ability to organically support our vision with its abundance of amenities, rich history and sustainable location.
This 3.5 million pound development and land improvement plan is loaded with ecological improvements with new ponds, thousands of new trees, acres of new wildflower meadows and a range of hibernacula’s for the preservations of our endangered Great Crested Newts. Our Badgers, Owls, Birds and Bats are all essential elements to our development at Blackwater Meadow, which will be a real escape to nature experience for our guests.
Blackwater Meadow shares its location with the largest of Ellesmere’s nine meres, that has now received its ninth successive international quality Green Flag award for being exceptional park and green space.
